Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their appointment through our online booking system. Please note that rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellation: Clients may cancel their booking through our online booking system. To cancel, log in to your account or follow the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of booking start time.
No-Show Policy
If a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment and has not rescheduled or cancelled, the appointment will be considered a "no-show." No-shows may be subject to a fee or the forfeiture of any pre-paid services, as specified at the time of booking.
Refund Policy
Refunds for Cancellations: If you cancel your booking, you may be eligible for a refund according to the following terms:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund.
Refunds for Rescheduled Appointments: If you reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the booking start time, any fees paid will be applied to the new appointment time. No additional fees will be charged for rescheduling.
